UK Customers

Orders ship from Ireland via tracked post.

• UK import VAT may be requested before delivery
  
• This is handled by Royal Mail / the courier
  
• No customs duties on our products

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  
• Original packaging should be included where possible
  

To start a return, please contact us first with your order number.

International Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for lost return parcels
  

For international returns, items must be clearly marked as “returned goods” to avoid customs delays.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you
  
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
